Muhammad
Sallallahu Alyhi Wa Sallam: Mercy to Humankind
by Shaykh al-Haram Sâlih Muhammad Al-Tâlib

Fear Allâh and seek for His mercy by being dutiful to
Him. Allâh says,
“O
you who believe! Fear Allâh, and believe in His Messenger
(Muhammad (peace be upon him)) He will give you a double portion
of His Mercy, and He will give you a light by which you shall
walk (straight), and He will forgive you. And Allâh
is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Al-Hadîd 57:28)
Brethren
in faith! Fear Allâh and do not incline to this world
and its adornments. For this world is a temporary abode in
which both righteous and sinful have their sustenance. The
Hereafter is a true appointed time in which the Lord, Who
is Omnipotent, shall judge between truth and falsehood.
Fellow
Muslims! In this time of despair and hardship, a time in which
values and concepts have been turned upside down, a time in
which the powerful suppresses the weak and the rich the poor,
a time that civilizations clash, the Muslims are seriously
in need of affirming their civilization that is based on noble
concepts. It is through these noble concepts that the Ummah’s
injuries can be healed. read

is reported of the Prophet that he said: "The best
of Duas for forgiveness is: 'Allãhumma 'anta rabbee,
lã 'ilãha 'illã 'anta, khalaqtanee,
wa 'anã `abduka, wa 'anã `alã `ahdika
wa wa`dika mastata`tu, 'a`outhu bika min sharri ma sana`tu,
'aboo'u laka bini`matika 'alayya, wa 'aboo'u bithambee,
faghfirlee fa'innahu lã yaghfiru 'aththunooba 'illã
'anta (37).
Whoever
says this as he enters upon evening, then, dies that night,
he would enter Paradise; and if one says this as he enters
upon morning, then, dies that day, he would enter Paradise."

21 year old killed in Lenasia Extension 8 robbery. At least
one person was killed when robbers entered a home at quarter
past two this morning demanding money and jewellery. Residents
say they are shocked, appalled and disheartened at the tragic
and senseless killing of Zahir Adam. (((listen)))
Coca-Cola
South Africa has responded to complaint laid against them.
A Petrol station owner, Mohammed Cajee says he found a beer
can in a six pack of Tab Soft Drink. He forwarded the complaint
to the company. Cajee says officials from ABI and coke visited
his business to check the contents of the can. He says it
was discovered that the beer can was filled with sparberry
and not an alcoholic drink, nor with tab. Officials say they
cannot explain how this happened. Head of communications for
Coke, Jackie Mfeka says a full investigation will be launched
into the matter.

president Jacob Zuma last night attended a function at the
request of trade Union solidarity. The union largely represents
the interests of white Afrikaner workers.
At
least 54 people have been killed in a roadside bombing followed
by a suicide attack in Baghdad. The two attacks took place
within minutes of each other. At least 120 people remain injured. |

COCONUT
CREAM

Method
- Fresh coconut is dehusked, cleaned and grated.
- The grated coconut must be steeped in hot water, then strained
through a sieve.
- The thick extraction of milky liquid is then used in curries
as specified.
- An easier method is to put the steeped liquid in a liquidizer
and pulverized till the liquid is thick and creamy.
- Cold water could also be used to dessicate coconut, then
liquidize and strain. |

INVESTIGATING
A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT

There was a terrible bus accident. Unfortunately, no one survived
the accident except a monkey which was on board and there
were no witnesses. The police try to investigate further but
they get no results. At last, they try to interrogate the
monkey. The monkey seems to respond to their questions with
gestures. Seeing that, they start asking the questions.
The
police chief asks, "What were the people doing on the
bus?"
The
monkey shakes his head in a condemning manner and starts dancing
around; meaning the people were dancing and having fun.
The
chief asks, "Yeah, but what else were they doing?".
The
monkey uses his hand and takes it to his mouth as if holding
a bottle.
The
chief says, "Oh! They were drinking, huh??!" The
chief continues, "Okay, were they doing anything else?"
The
monkey nods his head and moves his mouth back and forth, meaning
they were talking.
The
chief loses his patience, "If they were having such a
great time, who was driving the stupid bus then?"
The
monkey cheerfully swings his arms to the sides as if grabbing
a wheel. |
