The man who killed a South African and British citizen on Saturday was a security working for the two men. The guard has since then committed suicide. The two worked for DHL transport company. Police say the security guard that was standing in front of the company opened fire on the tow for no reason. The Taliban have rejected involvement in the murder.

Private security firms will soon have the same powers as police officers. This will allow them to take charge of crime scenes at robberies and hijackings, arrest suspects and take notes of evidence. Brown meat in heated cooking oil. Add onion and sauté` till transparent. Add curry, turmeric and chilli and fry for 1 minute. Add peppercorns, bay leaves, tomato and heated meat stock. Lower heat, cover with lid and simmer for 1 ½ hours or till meat is tender. Thicken with cake flour and water paste if necessary. Serves 4.

He remembered past kindness of a friend
