ALLAH's PROTECTION OF HIS SERVANTS

His Eminence Sheikh Ali ibn Abdur-Rahman Al-Hudhaifi, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “Allah’s Protection of His Servants”, in which he talked about the protection (Walayah) of Allah, Glorified be He, of His believing servants, explaining how Allah loves them, guides them to follow the way of truth and avoid the paths of misguidance, defends them, and takes revenge on those who humiliate or harm them. Sheikh Al-Hudhaifi also highlighted some of the traits of the awliya’ of Allah (Allah’s believing servants who love and fear Him much), by virtue of which they gain the good pleasure of their Lord and attain what He has prepared for them in this life and in the hereafter.

O Muslims!
Fear Allah by complying with His orders and keeping away from what He has forbidden and warned against, for fear of Allah paves the way for doing righteous deeds and attaining the best destination and abode.

Servants of Allah!
If anyone sets right his relation to his Lord, Allah will set right for him his life in this world and in the hereafter, as well as his relations with the rest of people. A man can only set right his relation to his Lord if he attests to the Oneness of Allah, Might and Majesty be to Him, by worshipping Allah alone without associating any partners with Him; by supplicating Him, hoping for His mercy, trusting in Him, fearing Him, loving Him, and glorifying Him...

In sum, if any person sets right the relation between him and his Creator through upholding the commandments of Allah and the commandments of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, Allah will certainly set right all his affairs and grant him the best outcome in the hereafter. read more

"I testify that there is no one worthy of worship besides Allah. He is all by Himself and has no partner and I testify that Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) is His servant and Rasul. I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as my Rasul and Islam as my Deen."

It is stated in the Hadith that the sins of a person are forgiven if the above Dua is recited when hearing the Athaan.

BUKHARI PILAAU RECIPE

1. 1 chicken cut cleaned and washed
2. 2 onions (chopped)
3. 3 tomatoes (chopped)
4. 4 carrots (grated on big side)
5. 5 tblsp ghee and oil
6. 1 tsp whole jeeru
7. 3 taj
8. 5 cloves
9. 3 tblsp green masala
10. 1 tblsp ground ginger
11. 2 tblsp dry dhana powder
12. 1 tsp salt
13. 3 whole green chillies

• Make vagaar with onions, jeeru and spices.
• When vagaar is almost done, braise green masala, ginger, dry dhana, salt and whole green chillies.
• Add chicken after onions and masala is braised.
• Add ½ cup water and leave to burn out, when water is burnt out add tomatoes and carrots and leave to cook for a while.
• Meanwhile soak rice in hot water for 1/2 an hour.
• Wash rice and add to chicken.
• Add 3 tsp salt and water, leave on high till water boils, as soon as water starts boiling, lower heat and steam.
