Surah Al-Hadeed 57: - (The Iron)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most-Merciful

…”Those who spent before the Conquest [of Makkah], and those who fought [in Allah's way], are not at par [with others]...” 10

COMMENTARY: It means that there are two types of people who spend wealth in the way of Allah:

1. Those who embraced Islam before the victory of Makkah and, being believers, spent their wealth in the cause of Allah;

2. Those who participated in Jihad after the conquest of Makkah and spent their wealth in Allah's way. The two types are not equal in the sight of Allah. They differ in status and reward. The first category is described as higher in status and reward than the second category who will receive reward commensurate with their status.

JALAPENO CHICKEN AND CHEESE SAMOOSA

Ingredients

Fillings
1 cup chicken fillet
½ tsp salt or to taste
3 tblsps Steers Creamy Jalapeno Sauce or any other Jalapeno Sauce that you prefer
3 tblsp Crystal Hot Sauce
1tblsp butter
2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese
Chopped greens
1egg beaten
Cornflake breadcrumbs
Samoosa Pur

Method
Combine the cubed chicken, salt, sauces, lemon juice and butter in a pot. Cook over medium heat until tender. Allow to cool. Add the cheese and greens and mix well. Fill as you would fill a normal samoosa. Dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs – it is now freezer suitable
