Burfee sojee recipe Ingredients Method: Beat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and cream. Melt butter in a heavy based pot, add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the almonds, semolina and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10minutes or alternatively put it in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes on 180'C. |
