Surah Al-Waqiah 56: - (The Imminent Event)

With the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most-Merciful

"It is surely the Noble Quran (recorded already) in a protected book [i.e. the Preserved Tablet] that is not touched except by the purified ones [the angels]..." 56:79

COMMENTARY: The Quran is a noble and glorious Book. The verse refutes the assumption of the pagans that this Book has been forged by a human being or that [Allah forbid!] it is a speech inspired by the devil.

POEM

*Never Give Up On Your Dreams*

Never give up on your dreams,
Through thick or thin, nothing ever lasts,
Life goes on, just like long, flowing streams,
Best of futures come through the toughest pasts.

Getting knocked down in life, nobody's invincible from,
The strong bounce straight back up, the rest keep sinking to the bottom.

Difficulties and struggles follow and find us everywhere in life eventually,
Always important to prepare and brace ourselves for the blows and falls perpetually.

For after storms come rainbows, beautifully manifest,
How do WE react to challenges, that's our real test.

Inspiration's all around us if we just stop and sit for a moment and see,
Never get too caught up on life to ignore the beauty of the journey.

The tougher the road, the more satisfying the destination, true sweetness of satisfaction can never be achieved through procrastination

So never, ever give up on your dreams,
Through thick or thin, nothing ever lasts,
Life goes on, just like long, flowing streams,
Best of futures come through the toughest pasts.

Split Second vs Nano Second

I have discovered the answer to a question that has been puzzling scientists for hundreds of years. What is the exact difference between a split second and a nanosecond?

My wife and I were getting ready to go to a fancy dinner when, right as we were about to leave home, she asked me the question all husbands dread. She asked, “Does this dress look bad on me?”

If I had said “no” in a nanosecond, we’d have been out of the door. However, since I took a split second before responding, she had to go back up to her closet to change, again.
