DSTV SETTINGS

(P.S: this settings only work on single view decoders, it does Not work on the PVR and HD decoders)

1. Switch off the decoder from the main power switch

2. Switch the decoder back on and the decoder will start scanning

3. While the decoder is scanning, Press the menu button on your DSTV Remote, Go down to Network 2

4. Make sure Network 2 is displaying DSTV IS20 by pressing left or right arrow button and then press OK

5a. CHANGE FREQUENCY TO 12722 then press OK

5b. Go down to SYMBOL RATE and change it to 26650 / 26657 then press OK

7.Go down to accept all displayed values and leave screen and then press OK

8. Scroll down to scan all Networks and press OK and wait till scan is complete (20/22)

9. Press the TV Button

10. Scroll down To Public IS20 and press OK

11. Press the Shift Button and then press the TV/MUSIC Button (within 3 seconds)

12. Search between channel 0 - 10 (Radio Islam is normally on channel 6) (look for Radio Islam 35K)
