Chocolate Coconut Bars
Ingredients:
125ggrams soft butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 egg (lightly beaten)
+- ½ cup flour
1/3 cup self – raising flour
1 Tbsp cocoa
Melted chocolate
Method:
Combine butter, sugar, coconut, sifted flours and cocoa in medium bowl
and mix well. Press mixture evenly over base of greased rectangular pan.
Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes or until firm. Cool and spread
melted chocolate and sprinkle coconut over.
