Surah At-Tahreem (The Prohibition)
This Surah is Madani, and it has 12 verses and 2 sections

In the Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Most Merciful

O those who believe, turn to Allah with a faithful repentance. It is hoped from your Lord that he will write off your faults, and will admit you to the gardens beneath which rivers flow, on the Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who believed with him. Their light will run before them and to their right hands. They will say, "Our Lord, perfect for us our light, and forgive us. Indeed you are powerful over everything." [8]

COMMENTARY: The word Taubah, literally, means 'to turn' or 'to return', in the sense of turning or withdrawing from sins. In the terminology of the Qur'an and Sunnah, it signifies 'to regret committing sins in the past and to firmly resolve abstaining from them in future'. Taubah is qualified in the verse by the word 'Nasooh'. If it is taken as the infinitive of 'Nasaha' / 'Nasiha', it signifies 'to make pure and sincere'; and if it be derived from 'Nasaha', it signifies 'to repair clothes by sewing'.

In terms of the first meaning, the expression 'Nasooh' signifies sincere/faithful [repentance], free from pretence and hypocrisy. In this interpretation, a sinner is required to regret the sins he has committed and give them up purely for the pleasure of Allah and for fear of Divine chastisement. In terms of the
second meaning, 'Nasooh' would signify that 'the sinner is required to repair the torn clothes of righteous deeds'. Sayyidna Hasan Al-Basri RA says that 'Taubatun Nasooh' signifies that a person should regret his past evil actions, and make a firm resolve never to repeat them.

Kalb"i says the phrase 'Taubatun Nasooh' signifies that a person should pray for pardon with his tongue, regret in his heart, and should prevent the limbs of his body from committing sins in the future.

No one else must pay for my sins, no one else, no one else, no one else but me

So I stand before You to again beg forgiveness because You said that I can
You have told us in Your Book that You are Ar-Rahman

I will ask, I will beg but my sins my block my du'a
But I will keep asking, forgive me O Allah....

Ingredients:
5 ml chilli powder
5 ml ground jeera (cumin)
5 ml freshly ground black pepper
10 ml crushed garlic
5 ml garam masala
1 green chilli, crushed
10 ml chopped dhania (coriander) leaves
20 ml lemon juice
1 kg filleted kingklip, hake or gurnards cooking oil for shallow - frying

Method:
Combine spices, dhania leaves and lemon juice and rub into fish fillets. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil in a heavy  based frying pan and fry fish for about 5 minutes on each side. Keep cooked fillets warm while frying the rest. Alternatively, place fillets in a baking tray, brush with oil and grill or bake in a preheated oven fat 180c for about 15 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
