Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam): "Who is the most excellent among the Muslims?'' He said, "One from whose tongue and hands the other Muslims are secure.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Sahl bin Sa`d (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said, "Whosoever gives me a guarantee to safeguard what is between his jaws and what is between his legs, I shall guarantee him Jannah.'' [Al-Bukhari]
Commentary: What is between the jaws and what is between the legs refers to the tongue and the private parts, respectively. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has given the assurance of Jannah to every Muslim who protects these two parts of the body. Protection here means their use permitted by the Islamic Shari`ah. They should be guarded against every act that is prohibited by the Shari`ah.

350g
chicken breasts – cut into strips
1 onion halved and sliced
1 small green pepper thinly sliced
½ a punnet mushrooms – sliced
2 tablespoons oil
125ml milk or cream
1 tsp maizena to thicken
salt & pepper to taste
some garlic to taste
lemon juice
METHOD:
1.
Fry onions in oil until glassy,
2. Add green peppers, garlic, mushrooms and cook for 8 minutes and season.
3. Add cream or milk and maizena – mix well.
4. Turn heat on low and add chicken, cook until done.
5. Serve with rice.

Today, I got a call from Mitre 10 Mega who installed them.
He complained that the work had been completed a year ago and I still hadn't paid for them.
Hellooo,.... just because I'm blonde doesn't mean that I am automatically stupid.
So, I told him just what his fast-talking sales guy told me last year--that these windows would pay for themselves in a year.
Hellooo? It's been a year, so they're paid for, I told him.
There was only silence at the other end of the line, so I finally hung up.
He never called back. I bet he felt like an idiot.
