But only one kind of animals, the porcupines, realizing the situation, decided to group together to keep warm. This way they covered and protected themselves; but the quills of each one wounded their closest companions.

After a while, they decided to distance themselves one from the other and they began to die, alone and frozen.

So they had to make a choice: either accept the quills of their companions or disappear from the Earth.

Wisely, they decided to go back to being together. They learned to live with the little wounds caused by the close relationship with their companions in order to receive the heat that came from the others. This way they were able to survive.

Moral: The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people, but when each individual learns to live with the imperfections of others and can admire the other person’s good qualities.

The Sunnah is to take it shortly before dawn. Narrated Anas RA, that Zaid bin Thabit, RA said: "We took the Suhur with the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam. Then he stood for the prayer." I asked, "What was the interval between the Suhur and the Adhan [call for prayer]?" He replied, "The interval was sufficient to recite fifty verses of the Qur'an." [BUKHARI]

The companions of the Prophet, may Allah be pleased with them, used to eat hurriedly in order to be sure to make it in time for Salat-Al-Fajr (the dawn prayer) with the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam himself.

500g of chicken fillet cut into small bite size cubes.
Marinate for a few hours or overnight in the following ingredients:
Salt to taste
Green chillies to taste
2 Tbsp semolina or taystee wheat
2 Tbsp chana flour
1 Tsp ground jeero
1 Tsp ground dhania
1 Grated onion
½ Bunch chopped green dhania
¼ Bunch chopped mint leaves

Just before frying beat 2 eggs slightly and mix in. Then add 1 tsp baking powder. Fry in deep oil serve hot with chutneys.
