ALL CREATURES WORSHIP ALLAH
Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin ibn Muhammad Al-Qassim - 23 Shawaal 1434 His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin ibn Muhammad Al-Qassim, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday sermon entitled, All Creatures Worship Allah”, in which he explained that all objects and creatures worship Allah, the Lord of the earth and the heavens. He pointed out that all Allah’s creatures, including stones, trees, animals, birds, and plants, worship Allah, prostrate to Him, and glorify Him, and that the believer should exceed such objects and creatures in worshipping Allah. During the course of the sermon, Sheikh Al-Qassim cited some evidence from the Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah to this effect. Praise be to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil within ourselves and from our wrong deeds. He whom Allah guides, none can misguide, and he whom Allah sends astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, Who has no partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is Allah’s servant and messenger. May Allah bestow his bountiful peace and blessings upon him and upon his Household and Companions. O

It is reported by way of Jãbir bin Abdillãh RA that he said: Some weeping women came to the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam, so the Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said: Allãhumma sqinã ghaythan mugheethan, maree'an, maree`an, nãfi`an, ghayra dhãrrin, `ãjilan, ghayra 'ãjilãn... O my ilah water us with a rain that will rescue us, be to our health, be abounding in herbage (pasture), be beneficial to us not harmful [not destructive to pasture, etc.] and in haste not delay. ...whereupon the sky covered them... chicekn roast recipe 1 dessertspoon red ginger garlic masala ½ dessertspoon red coarse dry chillies 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 dessertspoon fine dhania 1 tsp fine jeero 1 dessertspoon fine mustard 1 tsp arad 2 tsp fine salt 2 dessertspoons yoghurt 2 dessertspoons saffron water – a few strands saffron boiled in water Juice of 1 lemon, mix with a little white vinegar 1 chicken 1 dessertspoon oil or ghee Spice a few elachi, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and peppercorns Method: Mix all the ingredients together and make a paste. Slit chicken. Apply paste all over the chicken and marinate overnight. Heat ghee or oil in a pot. Add spices. Add chicken and cook on medium heat. Cook chicken until meat is tender. Increase temperature and allow to become brown. |
