CROWDFUNDING - Donate to Radio Islam

In an era where information abounds, and people can access information readily via their smartphones, tablets and other devices, there is still a need for the dissemination of authentic and reliable information about Islam and its tenets.

Radio Islam has been broadcasting for 24 years, disseminating authentic Islamic content benefitting 1000's of people across the globe.

This has been made possible through the grace of Allah and your generous contributions.

Help us reach our target of R500 000 - which will help cover a shortfall in the running cost of Radio Islam International.

HOW TO DEAL WITH TELEMARKETERS

If they say they're John Doe from XYZ Company, ask them to spell their name. Then ask them to spell the company name. Then ask them where it is located, how long it has been in business, how many people work there, how they got into this line of work? etc. Continue asking them personal questions or questions about their company for as long as necessary.

Say "No", over and over. Be sure to vary the sound of each one, and keep a rhythmic tempo, even as they are trying to speak. This is most fun if you can do it until they hang up.

Tell them to talk VERY SLOWLY, because you want to write EVERY WORD down.
