SPINACH AND FETA PASTA

1 onion
2 Tblsp ghee
1 packet chopped spinach
Salt to taste
1 cup chicken fillet cubed (optional)
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp green ground chillie
1 tsp chopped garlic White sauce
2 Tblsp ghee
3 Tblsp flour

Add milk as needed Boil you spaghetti seperate

Method:
In a deep pot add your ghee and braise your onion until its transparent in colour Add cubed fillet Then add your spinach,salt,pepper,green chillie and garlic Allow to cook until done add a little water till it burns out Make your white sauce and add it to the chicken and spinach mix Then add your pasta and mix well I added in some mushrooms a swell saute it in another pan with olive oil and black pepper n salt Add into a pyrex dish crumble some feta cheese over and grate cheese over bake at 180 n enjoy
