Ideal for flu... Recovering from an illness, confining mums... And for the elderly...

  • ½ Grated carrot
  • A few peppercorns
  • 2 to 3 elachi and cinnamon
  • Chicken fillet
  • White/black pepper
  • 1 tsp green masala
  • Ground garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh arad

Braise all ingredients together in a little ghee. Add boiling water, thereafter add in oats, let it boil on low heat.
