MUSHROOM STEAK RECIPE

1 kg tenderized steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp fine mustard powder
3 tblsp Nandos pepper sauce

Warm ghee and cook steak till almost done, add 1 punnet sliced mushrooms and cook till mushroom are done, thereafter add 250ml fresh cream and cook till sauce thickens...garnish with greens

THE BOY IS NOT WRONG

I was the substitute teacher for a second-grade maths class that was learning about groups. In one exercise, pupils were asked to label a group of items according to their common characteristics.

Pictured were onion rings, doughnuts, a bundt cake, and ring cookies. The correct answer would have been that all the items have holes in the centre.

But one health-conscious boy's response was, "All of those things contain too much cholesterol."
