  • Saudi Arabia Appears Open to All, Regardless of Vaccine Status

    Saudi Arabia has announced that it is to allow entry into the Kingdom even to those who have not been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus. Entry would now be possible for Iqama holders, Umrah pilgrims, or those holding a visit visa, without having to produce a vaccine certificate. Further, a PCR test would not be necessary. more

RECIPE

SPRING ROLLS

½ kg chicken fillet
1 punnet mushrooms or 1 cup mixed vegetables
1 250ml fresh cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp green masala
Parsley
1 box phyllo pastry

Cut white meat in cubes. Add ghee, salt pepper and green masala. Add mushroom or mix veg and let water burn out. Thereafter add fresh cream and let it cook until dry. Add parsley and fill spring rolls.

TWIN BEDS

An older couple was asking for a room with a king, queen or double bed. The clerk apologized and said that the only rooms available had twin beds.

Disappointed, the man remarked, "I don't know. We've been sharing the same bed for 44 years."

"Could you possibly put them close together?" the wife asked.

Several people nearby smiled, and someone commented, "How romantic."

Then the woman finished her request with, "Because if he snores, I want him close enough to be able to punch him."
