Question: A man rented a house. He was given the key to the place but never stayed in it. What is the ruling?

Answer: He has to pay the rent because he was in a position to use the place.

RECIPE

Mini steak filled roties

Ingredients:

2 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
60g butter
hot water to make dough

Method:

Sift flour and salt. Rub butter into flour until it resembles bread crumbs. Make a well in the center of flour and pour in hot water gradually. Mix to form soft dough. Reset dough for ½ hour. Make small balls in palm of your hand. Roll out on floured surface and fry in heated pan with butter. Fill with masala steak, or chicken and pin with tooth picks.
