RECIPE

CREMORA TART

1. Beat together:- 500g Cremora Powder & 1 cup water
2. Beat together:- 1 tin condense milk & Half cup lemon juice
3. Mix above 2 mixtures together.
4. Layer Pyrex dish with tennis biscuits.
5. Spoon mixture over the tennis biscuits.
6. Decorate with fruit of your choice.

Tin Stawberry Decoration:-
1 tin canned Stawberries. Separate the strawberries from the juice. Add half cup cold water and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the strawberry juice, beat and bring to a boil. Thicken with +- 1 tablespoon of mazeina and let cook until transparent. Let cool. Decorate the strawberry fruit onto the cremora and pour over the strawberry juice mixture.
