BRAAIED OR GRILLED T BONE

1 Kilo T Bone - 1 Tbsp Red Ginger & Garlic - 1 Tsp Dhania – Jeeroo - 1 Tsp Salt - ½ tsp Steak & Chops Seasoning - ½ tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning - ½ tsp Aromat - ½ tsp White Pepper - ¼ Cup Mayonnaise - ¼ Cup Tomato Sauce - ¼ Cup Mustard Sauce - ¼ Cup Olive Oil / Sunflower oil - 2 Tbps Black Vinegar - 1 Tbps Worcester Sauce. Wash & drain T Bone. Marinate with remaining ingredients overnight. Braai over coals. Use left over marinade to baste while braaing.
