RECIPE

SOFT FLUFFY PURI

Boil together
3/4 cup water
1 cup milk with 50g butter. Cool till lukewarm

Take 3 cups plain flour salt to your taste, make a soft dough with the milk, add milk slowly ,u may not need all, knead really well, cover leave to rest 30min, roll out into round pooris, or roll out 1 big circle cut into squares don't roll out very thin, deep fry in medium hot oil. This dough can be kept in fridge overnight next day take it out few hours b4 use, puree comes out really nice.
