O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those present and those absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allah, whom amongst us You keep alive, then let such a life be upon Islam, and whom amongst us You take unto Yourself, then let such a death be upon faith. CRISPY CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

Marinate 20 chicken lollipop with :

Ginger garlic paste

Zeal

soy sauce

Red food colour

Chilli powder

Vinegar

Leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours

Make batter with:

½ cup flour

½ tblsp corn flour

½ tsp oil

½ tsp zeal

Red food colour

¼ tsp baking powder

Mix all and make batter with cold water till medium thick consistency

Dip the lollipops an fry on medium high heat

Serve with chips or egg noodles

NB: Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance

That's A Fair Point

A guy walks into the human resources department of a large company and hands the executive his application. The executive begins to scan the sheet and notices that the applicant has been fired from every job he has ever held.

"I must say," says the executive, "your work history is terrible. You've been fired from every job."

"Yes," says the man.

"Well," continues the executive, "there's not much positive in that."

"Hey!" says the guy as he pokes the application, "At least I'm not a quitter."
