Soft chai spiced cake

1 heaped cup flour
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 tblsp maziena
2 tblsp chai spice or tea masala
Mix nicely
Add in 2 eggs and mix
Add in 1 cup hot water and a half cup oil
Beat for 3 minutes
Bake in a round or loaf pan Bake till it sponges back
When cool cover in fresh cream infused with 1 tsp Chai Spice sifted into the cream and dust icing sugar n chai spice mixed over .. Decorate … I made cup cakes & made a chai spiced buttercream icing Enjoy.
