One should cover open utensils at night because it is mentioned in Muslim Sharief that “there is one night in the year wherein plague / disease descends. If this happens to pass over any open utensil, then a portion of that plague / disease will definitely fall into it.

Safeeras Chicken Filling

1 kg cubed chicken
1 tbl red masala
1 heaped tsp green masala
5 tbl vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dhana jeeroo
Chilli powder to taste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper
Cook in ghee or butter until the chicken is soft
Add sauces like tomato sauce, mayo and nandos sauce. Add to sandwiches, wraps or calzones.

This guy was pulled over for running a stop sign. When the cop checked the man's driver's license, he said, "You're wearing glasses on your ID and you're not now. I'm going to have to give you a ticket."
