RECIPE

SAFFRON CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 whole chicken - 2 tblsps ginger garlic masala - ½ tsp arad - 2 tspssalt - 2 tsps dhania - 1 ½ tsps Jeero - 2 pinches saffron - 4 tblsps lemon juice - 2 tblsps vinegar - 2 tsps red chillies (fire) - 3 slit green chillies - 1 tuj, 1 elachi, 1 clove - 2 tblsps oil.

Method
Marinate the chicken in all ingredients except the slit green chillies. Heat 2 tblsps ghee in a pot with the slit green chilles when slightly hot and the marinated chicken and cook for about 55 minutes on medium heat.
