Microwave Yogurt Tart

Ingredients:
500ml fruit yoghurt
1 tin condensed milk
25ml lemon juice

Method:
Mix lemon juice with condensed milk ( mixture should thicken). Add yoghurt to condensed milk mixture. Pour into moulds. Microwave on medium powder for 7-9 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate. Decorate as desired. Serve with whipped cream
