The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5)

Recipe cred : @fantassy_eats

Smash patties : this makes about 10 smash patties (I froze some for a next batch)

1kg steak mince @oriental_butchery 250g beef mince (70% beef & 30% fat) , mix in : 1 heaped tbs six gun grill hot spice , 1/2 tsp coarse pepper , 1 heaped tbs Amina’s red chilli paste , 2 tbs bbq sauce .. Mix well & flatten the mince into saucer sized circles & set aside (you may freeze this)

For the parathas I used @fatimasfavouritefoods puff parathas (which you can also purchase @oriental_butchery , I just used a saucer to measure & cut out , dry roast on a pan until golden & puffed up then set aside to cool & cut in the middle like a pita bread ..

To assemble the paratha burger :
Grill the smash patties on a smoking hot pan then turn over (do not over grill) add a@slice of cheese & cover with a lid for the cheese to melt
Top with caramelized onion

Place in the paratha , serve with chips & enjoy ..

I didn’t add no sauces or other garnishes , wanted to taste the meaty flavor in the burger & it did not disappoint.. serve with chips , enjoy !
