LEMON MINT MOCKTAIL

It's one big lemon washed and cut in quarters

1 cup sugar and 1 litre water liquidise/blend the lemon with skin for a minute on high strain it and then take a handful of mint leaves washed and blend in ½ liter water and ¼ cup sugar you can 

Add more sugar according to your taste if u want it sweeter or more tangy

Bottle it and can be served icy cold or like a slushy drink

SUMMER SPARKLE
3-liter cream soda, 3-liter sprite, 1 bottle 750ml passionfruit cordial, 1-liter orange juice, 1 liter litchi juice. Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves n granadilla pulp. Makes a lot

Patty pan pizza recipe

1 Cup cut polony
1 Cup grated cheese
½ Green pepper cubed
1 Small onion chopped
1 Small tomato chopped
2 Eggs beaten
2 Tbsp flour

Salt, pepper and crushed green chillies to taste. Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased patty pans and bake at 180c, until done. Variations: You may add some chopped chicken or steak.
