Easy Smash/Mash Potatoe Sweetcorn Bake

If you in a hurry or need a quick side dish for a braai or side for Steak or T Bone this is perfect. Pkt of smash mixed with butter & lemon pepper and salt to taste. But if you prefer to make your mash with potato’s you can layer it in a pyrex & then top with a tin cream style corn & a layer of sour cream (its optional) After a layer of cheese bake it till cheese melts just before serving & enjoy
