One-Pot Magic

A handful of spices, a splash of ghee, and chicken that cooks itself into flavor.

Full Recipe��
Saucy chicken

1kg chicken or 1 kg Fillet
2 tbsp ghee
1 bottle French vinaigrette salad dressing
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp thyme
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chillie powder
2 green peppers or 1 green pepper and 1/2 yellow pepper 1/2 red pepper
Can add in cubed pineapple and corn on a cob.
