RECIPE

Crepes

1 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs oil

Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Fry in a large medium hot pan with butter for 1 minute on each side.
Serve with cinnamon sugar or whipped cream & fresh fruit.
