Summer is approaching; the sun is shining,
Church bells are gently chiming.
Early morning, doves are cooing,
The distant sound of cows mooing.

The birds are returning,
Filling the air with chirping and singing.
The earth awakens from its wintery rest,
As nature comes alive in its colourful best.

My soul emerges from hibernation,
Awakening with renewed inspiration.

HONEY AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CHICKEN

3/4 kg chicken tenders or fillet cut into strips
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp ghee
3-4 cloves fresh garlic
3 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Black pepper
2 Tsp fresh parsley (leave some aside for garnish)

Method
Marinate the chicken with the all the above ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Heat up a skillet, b4 u add the olive oil, cook up the chicken so that it’s nicely brown on each side,Cook it up in batches +-8 minutes.Do not overcrowd the pan otherwise it won’t brown, sprinkle parsley and serve. Very quick, very easy and tasty, kids love it.......
