Place the small finger of the right hand below the Miswaak. Place the thumb below the head of the Miswaak. The remaining three fingers will be placed above. (Shami‐ Vol. 1, pg 85)

Mushroom Steak

1 kg tenderized steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp fine mustard powder
3 tblsp Nandos pepper sauce
Warm ghee and cook steak till almost done, add 1 punnet sliced mushrooms and cook till mushroom are done, thereafter add 250ml fresh cream and cook till sauce thickens…garnish with greens

A man was very sick. Doctors feared the worst. He is at home one day, resting in his bed. He looks up and says, "Is my wife here?"

His wife replies, "Yes, dear, I'm here, next to you."
The man goes, "Are my children here?"
