The Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) has said: "Allah has ninety-nine names, i.e. one-hundred minus one, and whoever knows them will go to Paradise." (Sahih Bukhari 50:894)

Abu Huraira RA reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) as saying: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah; he who commits them to memory would get into Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves odd numbers.." (Sahih Muslim Book-48 Hadith-5)

A SIMPLE CHICKEN CURRY

1kg chicken
2 tblsp ginger garlic
4 tsp Osmans extra special chilli powder
1 tsp Osmans tumeric powder
2 tsp dhania and jeera powder
1 tsp crushed chilli
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp whole jeera
1/2 tsp whole black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
3 chilli’s
1 onion (sliced)
2 tomato (preferably grated or blended)
3 potatoes
Handful of dhania

In a bowl add your 1kg chicken than add ginger garlic, osmans extra special chilli powder, dhania and jeera powder, tumeric powder, crushed chilli and one tblsp of oil and mix cover with cling and allow to marinate for at least one hour or longer

Place your pot on low heat add your oil than add your chopped onion, whole jeera and cinnamon stick allow to braise until onions are translucent.
Once onions are properly braised add in marinated chicken and stir.

Once masala is properly cooked/braised add in your grated/blended tomatoes and chilli’s give a light stir and add in potatoes after. Add one cup boiling water and allow to cook until potatoes is soft. If needed you may continue adding small amounts of boiling water until potatoes are soft. Once curry is cooked top with chopped dhania and serve with roti or rice.
