RECIPE

GARLIC CHICKEN 

Ingredients
1 tsp Red Masala (or to taste) - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp Arowmat - 1 tsp dry red chillies - Lemon Juice - 3 tblsp steers garlic sauce - 3 tblsp steers peri peri sauce - 1 chicken cut into pieces.

Method
Mix all ingredients together. Cook in butter, when almost done put garlic butter on top.
