RECIPE

BLUEBERRY SCONES

Ingredients
1 Tub Fresh cream - 1 tblsp sugar - 2 eggs - 4 tsps Baking powder - Handful of coconut - 3 cups flour – approximately - ½ tin Blueberries drained.

Method
Whisk fresh cream and sugar. Add eggs and coconut. Ad baking powder and flour. Lastly fold in strained blueberries. Bake at 200c for approximately 15 minutes.
