Left on a shelf high above,
Nothing to do but gather dust.
Looking forward to be touched again,
Its revelation was a trust.

You hesitate, you procrastinate,
To open those glorious pages.
What it holds inside is nothing short of,
A miracle, only for the one who engages.

It is only for one whole month,

KUMQUAT ACHAAR

Ingredients
1 pkt Kumquat – (cut) - 3 tsp fine mustard - ¼ tsp Arad - 5 tblsps Methi Masala - 5 tsp fine red chillies.

Syrup
1 Cup sugar - 1 Cup Vinegar
Add to above

Vagaar
2 tblsp oil - 1 emre - Green chillies - Mustard seeds.
