Chilli Eggs (Safeera Kaka)

1–2 tablespoons chilli oil or chilli crisp
2 eggs
Feta, crumbled
Spring onions, sliced, optional
Sesame seeds, optional

Heat the chilli oil or chilli crisp in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
If using, add the spring onions and sesame seeds and sauté briefly.
Crack the two eggs into the pan.
Once the eggs begin to cook, crumble feta over the top.
Continue cooking until the eggs reach your preferred consistency.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
