Yellow Moongh Dhall

Recipe credit @zaks_sweetbake

1/2 cup moongh dhal… boil for 15 mins

2 tbsp ghee
200grams onion sliced
250 grams onion cubed
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric/arad powder
1 tsp chillie powder
1 level tsp ginger garlic masala
Literally boil the dhal

In a separate pot add the remaining ingredients mix and cook on medium for 5 mins than add in boiled dhal with the remaining water and cook on low till your desired consistency
