Burfee (Safeera Kaka)

500g klim
Small tin cream
Rub the cream into the klim and leave it overnight
The next day add
2 tbl ground almonds
2 tbl coconut
1 tbl fresh coconut (optional)

Make a syrup with
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
125 g butter
Elachi and rose water
Summer for 5 min
Add to the milk powder mixture and store overnight
The next day beat the burfee in your stand mixture until light and fluffy.
Pipe or pat into moulds and decorate

SHOULD I STOP THE CAR FIRST?

As an instructor in driver education at the local area high school, I've learned that even the brightest students can become flustered behind the wheel.

One day I had three beginners in the car, each scheduled to drive for 30 minutes. When the first student had completed his time, I asked him to change places with one of the others. Gripping the wheel tightly and staring straight ahead, he asked in a shaky voice, "Should I stop the car first?"
