Amiiraa is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and take full ownership of sales performance, staff management, and store operations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years retail experience
Proven ability to drive sales and manage a retail team
Strong leadership and accountability
Good understanding of stock control and retail operations
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed store sales targets
Lead, train, and manage store staff
Maintain strong stock control and merchandising standards
Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation
