Requirements
Engage and guide customers, understanding their needs and recommending perfect solutions.
Promote and upsell bathroom products, accessories, and complete solutions.
Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Stay updated on the latest bathroom trends and product knowledge.
Ensure the showroom is organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
Expectation.
Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience; experience in home improvement is a plus.
Dynamic and driven personality with a passion for exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, confident, and self-motivated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
