Ad Description: Practice Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the practice. The ideal candidate will have strong financial administration expertise, particularly in managing creditors and debtors, alongside excellent office management and leadership skills. This role ensures operational efficiency, financial control, and a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management (Creditors & Debtors)
• Manage full creditors function: invoice processing, reconciliations, payment scheduling, and supplier relationship management
• Oversee debtors function: invoicing, collections, account follow-ups, and resolving billing discrepancies
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including aged analysis (debtors & creditors)
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and processes
• Liaise with accountants, auditors, and external stakeholders
Office & Practice Management
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Manage office systems, policies, and administrative procedures
• Maintain a professional and well-organized office environment
• Handle procurement, supplier contracts, and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Administrative Management
• Supervise administrative staff and allocate workloads effectively
• Manage scheduling, reporting, and internal communication systems
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
• Improve and streamline administrative processes
People & Operations Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop administrative and support staff
• Conduct performance management and staff evaluations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Foster a positive, high-performance work culture
