We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Consultant to join our team in the home improvement showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone starting their sales career, with a passion for home improvement, design, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with selecting decor accessories
Provide basic product knowledge and recommendations
Support senior sales consultants in closing deals
Prepare quotes and follow up on customer enquiries
Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive displays
Learn about product ranges, pricing, and industry trends
Handle walk-in clients professionally and build relationships
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years sales or retail experience (advantageous)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Preferred (Advantageous)
Exposure to interior design or décor
Ability to speak multiple languages (beneficial in retail environments)
