Proven ability to support business objectives through effective people management, compliance, and HR best practices. Holds a relevant qualification in Human Resources Management and demonstrates strong knowledge of labour legislation and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
• Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Compliance & Labour Law: Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Payroll & Time Management: Administer payroll processes in conjunction with time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• HR Administration: Oversee employee records, contracts, HR systems, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, on boarding, and aligning staffing with business needs.
• Training & Development: Coordinate and implement training initiatives, skills development plans, and performance management processes.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management (or related field)
• Additional certifications in HR, payroll, or labour law (advantageous)
