Ad Description: Bookkeeper/ Personal Assistant
The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, Tax knowledge and personal support while assisting with, compliance tracking, and financial organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and a good understanding of tax regulations and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Coordinate personal and business-related activities.
Personal Assistance Duties
Manage personal schedules, events, and commitments.
Coordinate household or personal service providers when required.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, or Administrative Assistant.
Knowledge of tax principles, bookkeeping, and financial administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
