Al Kaafiroon – The Disbelievers
This Surah
was Revealed in the Meccan
Period. It consists of six verses.
Bismillaahir Rahmaanir
Raheem.
In the name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful.
Qul yaa ayyuhul kaafiroon
Say (O Muhammad salallahu
alaihi wasallam), O
disbelievers
Laa a'budu maata'budoon
I do not worship what you worship
Wala antum aabiduna maa a'bud tum
Nor
do you worship whom I worship
Walaa ana aabidum maa
abut tum
I shall never worship what you worship
Walaa antum aabiduna maa a'bud
Neither
will you worship whom I worship.
Lakum deenukum walee yadeen.
You have your path and I have mine
