Ad Description: We are looking for a professional and well-organised Office Administrator to join our team.

Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational and administrative abilities.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Previous office administration experience will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration duties.
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Maintain office records and filing systems.
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
